What is the Hongcheng Wall Tile
HONGCHENG wall tile is a light flexible wall tile,which is
self-developed by Hongcheng Enterprise.It is made out of fiberglass
mat ,the surface is coated by granules imbedded in asphalt.The
asphalt is protected from the sun's uv light by granules pressed
into the tile while it is hot (and soft). The granules are 1
millimeter-sized stones (e.g., of crushed granite), which are
coated with an inorganic silicate material. The coating contains
microscopic pigment particles, similar to those used in paint, to
provide color.
Characteristics:
Convinent to install: light in weight, easy to cut, easy to paste
and easy to install;siamesed and suitable to install by large area
at one time, so it is more efficient for installing.
More beautiful and artistic:more colors available and stabilization
of colors, variety of shapes.
Duriability;it is made out of fiberglass mat, the surface consists
of hard granules imbedded in asphalt,the granules give the tile
color and reflect the light, give the tile durable surface.
Self-cleaning: the granules interact with ultraviolet rays in
sunlight,loose dirt ,don't form obvious stain and, then with water
or rain, it can be self-cleaning.
Maintenance friendly: they can be replaced quite easily without any
demanding wall work.
Enviroment friendly:harmless, noise resistence,reflect the light,
heat and humidity resistence.
